- An email must be sent within 10 days of receipt of product and must be received by 845 Sneaker Man within 7 days thereafter.
- Shoes must be returned unworn, with all tags attached and in the original box.
- The customer must pay the cost to return the item to 845 Sneaker Man.
- The return process cannot exceed a total of 21 days from the time original product is received by the customer.
- A full refund will be issued within ten business days or an equal exchange provided. Refunds are issued by company check.
